KO presents wonderful Vasiliki making another one of her signature desserts, Galatopita. Although there are many variations of galatopita, this is truly one of the very best around - with its crispy, crunchy fillo; thick, creamy custard and a hint of cinnamon. It really is irresistible - especially when it has cooled just enough to set the custard, but is still warm and a little oozy! Try it and see!

    OMG. I could actually taste the Galatopita as you were eating it. Glorious. I think I will halve the recipe and use a smaller baking dish as I would eat the whole thing! Happy day.

    It’s Devine. Does the custard became hard the next day. Is it good to eat for couple days with same creamy texture of custard Yummo
