All of your cooking and baking look amazing! Can't wait to try these recipes. A tip with tfal pans would be to use only plastic spatulas because if it gets scratched it won't cook right, and it can make you sick. You can get flu like symptoms from it. I didn't always know myself. Just things you learn along the way.

wouldve cooked the spam after the onions tho.. so that could crisp up and absorb some oil. adding some kimchijuice and sesameseeds would really amp it up some more.

CASEY THIS IS AWESOME! You're killing it

a quick top for using garlic and ginger Casey is to add the garlic and ginger when the oil is still cold and leave the flame on low to really extract the aromas and infuse the oil. you don't need to have hot oil to extract the aromas. simply breaking open the garlic and ginger releases their odors.

Cooking is easy, and the learning curve of cooking is also pretty high. Just start by reading some cooking books or watch a lot of cooking videos and JUST DO IT. Practice and patience are the keys to everything.

i use black pepper because with white pepper it is easier to over season because its finer and i like to put the spice in my hand and sprinkle it in cuz that way i can see how much im putting in which could help with over seasoning.

i make my fried rice the exact same way, but i keep the ginger and garlic inside (chopped really fine)

sauteing the kimchi and spam will make everything taste A LOT better!

Fried rice, one of my favorite foods ever! When I cook fried rice, I cook the eggs last by moving all the rice to the edge, making a hole in the middle. Then I put oil and the eggs and mix it, then mix everything up and then it's done. I think it's a guongzhou technique.
