Ed, you are a hoot! And I loved watching you. So what stigma against DID does a cooking video erase? (to answer Ed's question) First, it just shows that alters are people too. (I know-- seems obvious). The kicker here, however, comes at the end, when you, Ed and Gaz sit down to dinner. What we see is a couple who love each other, have a relationship with each other, are comfortable with each other, kissing and joking around with each other. THIS is what people need to see. THIS helps to erase the stigma of DID. So, Ed, what you and all the other guys are doing is sooooo important, even if it doesn't seem to be. Thanks for making the video and showing us how Sunday Dinner is done in the UK.

Nailed it! We're too uncomfortable showing our life to the world but sometimes I wish everyone could see how lovely the husband treats everyone in the system. MultiplicityAndMe is the perfect example of the fact that you can have a family, love and a future with DID and they gave us so much hope. We are lucky and proud to say that we have all of those things as well now and it's amazing. Thank you so much for being awesome and happy new year everybody!

@Willow's Well It's true! The husband just ordered a man wig for our only male alter so we don't have to cut our hair and he still gets to have a male haircut. Also he got his first man shirt yesterday so he can feel more comfortable in his body in general. How amazing is that?

Git: Can’t speak for Ed. I have four male alters in my system. One is very male and heterosexual. While he would never choose to wear a dress, if I decided to wear one, and he was out, it wouldn’t bother him that much. I really think it depends on the person (alter). Obviously, Ed has found a style that works for him.

@@GhostKnightNo1 Not really sure if he's gay or not but personally I don't think that makeup has anything to do with sexual orientation ;) We don't know any gay men that use makeup and most of them do not blow kisses. Ed seems very motherly.

It also warms my tiny little Grinch heart to see how much more comfortable Ed is on camera now, I remember in the beginning when he first introduced himself and he was super uncomfortable and uneasy about the whole KZread thing, but look at you now! Absolutely crushing it on camera and helping to bring awareness to such a misunderstood condition and educating people who want to learn more about it. I'm feeling all of the emotions right now, holy shit, but so incredibly proud! And I hope you are too, Ed, and everyone else as well ❤️

I adore Ed’s sarcasm and overall personality. And I definitely want to steal that scarf with the skulls in his hair! Seeing how “normal” (I hate the word normal, honestly who the hell gets to decide what normal is?) of a relationship Ed has with Gaz is definitely something that will help break down stigma for anyone who is willing to learn.

Not being nosy, I swear! I just find the relationship between Jess Ed Jamie and Gaz to be so interesting. I guess I just wish I understood better how you all came to understand your roles with each other, and your boundaries. From what I can see it’s almost like a polyamorous relationship! Which is fascinating, but I could be entirely wrong with that assumption. Just very curious haha

Jess isn’t good with sexual things because of trauma, so Ed takes that role with Gaz. Ed and Jamie are married and met through their parents. First married so they could get Ollie from an ex gf Jamie had. But then really loved eachother and stayed married. Now raise a family with Ollie, vixie and Todd.

I discovered this account when I was first diagnosed with D.I.D cause I didn’t know what it was, your channel helped me discover who I was, what D.I.D is, and how to live with my friends ( alters, I like calling them friends ) so thanks for being comfortable enough to help. Also Eddie really reminds me of one of my alters which is really funny
