Cooking white fish stuffed with local rice
Hello friends
As I wrote to you before, our village is located in the Alborz mountain range and has many large and small rivers, all of which flow into the Caspian Sea. The Caspian Sea is the largest lake on the planet, and because of its great size, it has taken the title of sea instead of a lake, and the Aryan civilization was first formed around this vast lake.
This sea has different types of aquatic life and several different types of fish are found in abundance
One of the fish that can be found in abundance in this sea is called white fish, and a large number of people here make a living by catching and selling this type of fish in certain seasons.
Today we will cook this fish with one of the special local recipes, which is for special days and big parties, my mother and I enjoy eating it very much.

ingredients:
The white fish
walnut
an onion
White fish caviar
Parsley
cilantro
Salt
pepper
Pomegranate paste
How to prepare:
We wash the fish first, then add the necessary amount of spices
Mix grated onion, white fish caviar and powdered walnuts; We add some chopped coriander and parsley with pomegranate paste.
The resulting sauce is called longi and the fish belly is completely covered with it
I smear the fish sauce with pomegranate paste and fill its stomach with lungi; Let it cook well for about two hours
After two hours our food is ready!
This dish is a good choice for people who like fish and is highly recommended 🤌🏻👍🏻

Fish, one of my favourites, but I prefer marine when compared to fresh water, good one ladies, brought back my nostalgic days when we stayed close to coastal area savouring varities of fresh catch of fish every day☺️

Perfectly authentic. From " Mahi sefid shekam por" with pomegranate molasses and walnut paste to "Salad Sirazi". I specially like the idea of clay earth-ware as a filed oven. Only thing missing is "Seer Torshi". Excellent montage. What a lovely duo!! Mom and daughter🌹
