Cooking chicken biryani in the yard with my mother: hearty home cooking with a special taste

In this video, we will share with you the experience of cooking biryani chicken with my mother in my grandmother's yard. Travel with us to the world of home cooking and get to know the steps of preparing this delicious food. First, we lit the fire and carefully washed our chickens and prepared them for cooking. Then we gave the chicken a special taste and color by using spices such as pepper, salt and turmeric. Also, we washed some rice and put it on the stove to cook slowly. After the rice was half cooked, we took it off the grill and fried the chicken completely in a hearty way. Finally, we mixed the rice and chicken together and waited for half an hour while our food was ready. In the end, my mother and I took this wonderful food to the table and enjoyed it. After watching this video, you can prepare this dish in your home kitchen and enjoy its unique taste. Also, getting to know the preparation steps of this food and special cooking techniques can be a good experience for you.
