Tips 1.the fish must be iced and pour hot water at the dead fish then u scrub it ☺then wait for it to melt or defrost it the microwave which will smell after😮💨 2.use foil paper to not smell. 3.u can just dice the onions and etc then u mix with mayo then put it inside the fish🤤 4.preheat the oven 190 degrees or any degree. 5.to know the fish is ready the water coming out of the fish is drained up and the fish is smelling delicious 😋 6. Use any spice as long as it is fish spice or kapana spice🥲 good luck💯🤘

Oh o you have to pour hot water on it to easily scale it? I’ve been fighting with this fish trying to remove the scales 😂😂😂

I gave up and cooked with scales. They're so difficult. But now I see how to do it. Also it had a fishy smell l think I needed to roast it first before stewing

u should debone angel fish, those bones are dangerous
