Goodness here I was thinking wow she's lifting two 20lb weights with ease and I can barely lift a 5lb for a minute. Come to find out you can lift up to two 40lb weights. I feel really badly about myself right now. I really need to make some improvements and stop making excuses. 😔 Discipline is so hard but soooo necessary for results.
