I rly like the videos, but they'd be even better if there were any subtitles! That way we could also learn some more Italian and see it be used within an every day context :) Thank you for all your work!

I appreciate seeing your mom cleaning the zucchini blossoms. Sometimes we see things we want to try to make, but we have no idea how to clean it. I'm interested to see how you make the pumpkin tips because we use it for soups in Guam cuisine.

I know some Italian…self taught…my father’s family da Lazio…my Italian friends mostly da Siciliano… were all instrumental. Today I am making meat turnovers…Italian style. My family loves my cooking but it does not compare with mio famiglia. What I see on your videos is very familiar to me. I am 83… healthy…un professori in pensiano.
