Manti is a very delicious Turkish dish made with red meat and dough. In the layer of dough, it cooks quickly and well, and boiling this food is one of the ways that makes it more delicious. Today, my mother and I spent an hour of the day making this dish in the yard. It was very enjoyable for me. I hope you enjoy it too. Ingredients: Minced meat
an onion
flour
egg
spice
ketchup
Butter
vegetable yogurt
How to prepare:
Make the manti dough with flour and egg and open it in thin layers, put the mixture of minced meat with grated onion, vegetables and spices in small sizes inside the dough slices. We stick together like a film and put it in the oven tray. Put the prepared mantis in the oven for 20 minutes, then put them in boiling water, and after boiling a little, pour the red sauce and the melted ginger on it.
