Sup, great burger, awesome job, perfect way to caramelize onions, atleast way I do, i do 10lbs minimum and salt 30 min before in cold pan, test like you did in your babish pot lol, next time fill it up as much as can, can save old jar and refrig any leftovers for other burgers lol, butter at end, the fond, perfect bro, drooling, going to make this, well tomorrow at brothers, ill get onions and sauce done tonight, buy 50lb bags onions 🥺lol. He had more money so he can buy the chuck roast to grind lol, gonna be too hot to fish, so we're just gonna hang at his house, you are killing it bro.. caremelising onions is done when its done, your right, make sure something to eat while doing a big batch, as you know makes hungry lol.
