After adding cheese slices , should I turn on the flame?

I made this. It was very good, well received by the household. I think that I would not serve it to an Italian person. They can be very protective of their food traditions, and this is, as stated, for Indian taste not Italian. However, nobody in the household is Italian, so I can make this again and again. Especially when I am just home and am rushed to make something. Your pressure cooker recipes are very good on time. I also like the potato sabji.

Trust me ..their version of Pasta is tasteless😅 hence they are shocked to the core. Their CORE can't handle Indian spices😅😅😅😅😅

I love Indian food, and rather cook it myself or eat the food my Indian friends cook, because that's not a dumbed down version of Indian cuisine. But this is as close to a good pasta dish as a currywurst to pav bhaji. Sorry but this recipe is a disgrace to indian/chines/italian cuisine.
