Hi betty you did a mistake, fish is not like maandazi. You let it get well cooked on one side then you can flip it

If you want fish or anything else not to stick to your pan. Just place pan on the stove. With no oil. Let it get hot like for one and a half minutes so that it may oxidize. And you can put oil. And cook anything you want without sticking. Cook fried eggs without sticking etc. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

That sufuria material is not good for deep frying, use nonstick sufuria or a fryer
