You did a great job as always, this is real Ghanaian street food apart from the colour which is optional, i prefer this one without colour homemade food don’t need all that colour. And for the sugar and salt you added to the yam I will not like to skip that part because it will add some deliciousness 😂 the turkey tail is a perfect combination. Your setting is amazing ❤

No you peel before you freeze but can put in the fridge with the skin but not to freeze
