COOK RICH BITTER LEAF SOUP (AUTHENTIC CALABAR STYLE)
In this video, i Ywill show you how to make bitter leaf soup the Calabar way (Efere Etidot). It is a Nigerian soup made with 2 different vegetables and it is very delicious and easy to make. Just like i sated in the video the water leaf should be more than the bitterleaf. You may consider a ratio of 3:2.

Let talk about bitter leaf don't gets rid of the bitterness too much because the bitterness helps to fight any kind of problems in your system very important Africans don't know that it keeps all your organs in a good shape God bless
Whenever I finally make this version of Bitterleave soup I will eat it with cassava or eba or pound o yam.
Ify you can cook, no cap. This is the second recipe of yours I'm following and the soup is a banger. I prepped your Egusi soup with lumps some days back, and just this morning, I prepped this bitterleaf soup. Òmo...my tastebuds got an amaaazzing treat. Biko take your flowers 💐 🌻🌺 You are an amazing cook

Look good and appetizing
Am happy watching you cook this soup. I do have my unique recipe. The difference is adding saint leave. I dabble into cooking this rich soup. When I want to detoxify, I juice bitter leaves and. Scent (basil) leaves. I drink up juice and automatically combined with the chopped fresh water leaves , former( two ) squeezed leaves and a cup of egusi, proteins. And we are good. This is healthy.❤

Ifymama my daughter, thanks very much, do you know that it never occurred to me that I can use bitter leave and water leave , instead of Ugwu leave, especially now that Ugwu leave is scares and costly, Infact you know how to substitute,no excuse, for life must continue .
Nicely cooked ..well done, however if you are using a shelled periwinkle you can try steaming it along with you beef, stockfish and the rest of your protein, the taste it will come out really good, secondly if you use a palm oil that doesn't taste too good, the second time you added it might ruin the soup since it didn't cook for long. as an Igbo man, my loves this bitter leaf ehh. Ify try fresh atama with waterleaf, you will like it, take your flowers🌹🌺 you Sabi cook.
I’m trying this on Wednesday
Nice work , Great works , superb work , more of it can come Am a guy but looking forward to be like you
This is good
