for low you can use low & for high you can use medium if your kettle gets too hot on high to avoid burning food.

easily upto 2.5 small bowl of raw rice (2 medium size plate of cooked rice)

my electric multi cooker only comes with 2 level, one is "Max", and the other is "Keep Warm", can i try to turn to "Keep warm" as if it is equivalent to your video turn to LOW level, any idea?

You can try, but I don't think 'Keep warm' level would be sufficient for cooking.
