Yes you can... it will take a little longer than cooking on the gas as this is temperature controlled.

Frying requires very high temperature. This device is temperature controlled hence not suitable for frying. For making sabji, it depends what sabji you want to make. If you are making lauki ki sabji or anything that is cooked on medium temperature, it can be done.

ji haan. aap ismein milk garam kar sakte hain. But aapko beech beech main milk ko chalana padega varna ismein bhi neeche se jal jayega.

upar ka bartan neeche ki electric plate se alag ho jata hai jaisa ki video main dikhaya gaya tha. upar ke bartan ko aap sabun se nal ke paani ke neeche dho sakte hain

Agar mai low temparature pe milk boild karrahi hu to ye milk hit hone k bad autocut ho ja rahe hai.. Kiya ye normal hai, ya fir mai jabtak off na karu tabtak low flame pe chalte he rahege??? Plz explain me.. 🙏

Auto cut ka purpose hi hota hai temperature maintain karna. It is normal. You need to switch it off to stop boiling

This is not a fryer. This equipment is meant for light cooking which is done at low temperature. Hence the auto cut function of the equipment cuts off the power whenever the temperature goes above limit. since frying involves high temperature, it auto cuts. Try boiling and light sauteeing instead, it will not auto cut.

Can u confirm if this can be used in train??

seems like you havent watched the video properly. we have clearly mentioned that the vessel has a maximum capacity of 1 litre. How much grams of rice can you cook in 1 litre water? Approx 200 gms

Nothing. Just wash usually like any other utensil. Just keep in mind to dry it first before using it on the base.
