very good explanation but outer reasons Conveyor belt ka receiving chute jam . receiving chute me deflector plate ka missing hona . One sided Pulley lagging damage. Belt joint miss- alignments. Take-up dead waight load proper na hona.

If the belt is long then you also have to check for leveling of idlers otherwise the belt will sway. I havw experiencing this for atleast teen times

1 - If discharge chute material jammed 2- if tail end material jammaed 3- If something trapped between receiving chute and belt under skirt board like Big peice, Rod,plate ,etc . 4- if idler (carrying or return) falls and frame directly get in contact with belt. 5- if belt life overs it's thickness decreases. 6 Damage pulley like pulley drum puntchure head,tail,snub,or bend ,take-up.

Pl tell about conveyor thickess of 3ply. and 4ply.
