Take up pulley or Gravity pulley swings up and down and if designer provides take up pulley at tail end then .... Use your brain now what will happen next??

Belt is running out and machine guarding is not upto the mark... Severe accident has been seen in conveyor belts all rotating equipments must be guarded Please make videos with equipments having guards

All guards were removed for maintenance & trial purpose at that time the video is taken to show all the parts to the viewer after that all rotating parts were Guarded again.

@@superfaststudyexperiment every conveyor has a centre line along which it should be run for maximum belt life....as you can see at bend pulley it is running at one end not at centre of pulley...basic safety of coupling gaurd is also not their.

Actualy all movings parts was guarded properly due to maintainance work and general checking,. guards was open after stoping belt carefully ,then again guards were fitted
