Convert Pivot Table to flat table
How to take a Pivot Table report in Excel and convert it into a flat file for use elsewhere. This is often called normalizing a table so that every row contains all the relevant information and subtotals are excluded.

Pleasure. Becoming a common requirement to use the output of a pivot table to be the input of a database or something like that.
