Is High Intelligence a Ticket to Ease and Prosperity? Not Exactly
My audiences are full of smart people who want to know more about giftedness. I’ve found that it would be unusual for any audience members not to be gifted themselves. So, the interest of most audience members is about how gifted children turn out as adults and what does being super smart really mean as far as future social, emotional, and fiscal well-being? And, of course, what do we do for gifted children during their childhoods that will increase the likelihood that they grow into self- supporting, contributing members of society with good emotional health as part of it?
