I think the power 11 update wouldn't have been that bad if they made it easier to progress like in clash royale: gave additional cards for players with maxed out cards before, added a huge gold rush, added lots of events.

(I left the game a few months ago) so as far as I know, here’s all the things you need to do Weekly: Weekend event(robo rumble, boss fight, SCR) Daily challenges Tuesday/Thursday challenges Challenge when you unlock the new character 1 pass challenge(idk how often this comes up) Any tournaments that might happen 12 games of-club leagues Do 3 games of community maps to get the free tokens Every season: 1. Keep your trophies up on all 50+ brawlers otherwise you get kicked(especially if your in a sweaty club) 2.Keep power league rank up to get gold tickets (especially if your in a sweaty club) 3. Do all the weekly stuff every week, every year until you leave the game otherwise you miss out on progression 4. Get the new brawler every season as fast as you can, otherwise you miss out on 650+ free trophies 5. Stay good/decent enough at the game to make everything above easier I left this game a few months ago so I don’t remember everything I needed to keep up

Bruh its always been like this. Before the update there were 9 levels, 2 SP and 2 Gdgts (almost for everyone)

There was no need for a power 11. Power 10 would've been more than enough. Adding 2 new levels to 50+ brawlers is simply too much change and even f2p players like me who have been playing since global release are being left out.

The point isn’t to be able to max every brawler - now you can progress on brawlers you specifically enjoy. The game is still very ftp friendly.

@@lukem5202 it definitely was but, I find it hard to believe that maxing out being over $3000 is anywhere near free to play now. Especially people who don’t even purchase the brawl pass, people just barely are able to get a couple to power 10 and it’ll likely take an entire season of tedious grinding for a few power 11’s.

If it costed less power points to upgrade brawlers to any level it would be much better, and if there was some kind of huge event that makes progression faster for 3 weeks or so it would be an amazing update amd definitely the best update yet, but without that, every F2P playerwill eventually stop playing because it is gonna be IMPOSSIBLE to max the account unless the devs stop adding brawlers (which is a terrible option), or you pay money. Even as a F2P player before the update I couldn’t max the account because of the new high-rarity brawlers like Meg and now they add a cap to the legendary chance, so maxing accounts without money is even harder. Honestly, the only good thing about this update was the Club League, and tbh it isn’t that good, it just feels repetitive and is kind of P2W (not that much P2W but it is a bit P2W) If any dev reads this, I think the game will be better if: -You lower the amount of power points to upgrade up to any level by a 5%-15%. -Add more events because the double tokens and coin shower do help but I feel like more events like that would be really cool. -Higuer or no cap to the legendary chance, I don’t get why you did that, because now a player can be years without getting that only brawler they need that is a legendary, but cannot get it because of that stupid cap. It should be at least (in my opinion) the double of the actual cap. -More ways of progression, I don’t have any ideas rn except an EXP Road, because the +250 levels I have are totally useless.

Just like everyone else is saying, level 11 and gears were just a horrible and overcomplicated addition to brawl stars that halts progression at a certain point (even more than star powers) and gives paying players more of an advantage (Unless you have like 12k coins and a lucky shop rotation). I've been playing this game since Rosa and this update makes me wanna quit the game all together, I went from 13k coins to 100 and I only have 2 level 10 brawlers. Club wars is neat tho.

Im a free to play but whats the problem with being not maxed? Is it the fact that now paytowins have an advantage over f2p players? Is it the fact that we cant enjoy the new gear content right away? Is it the fact that despite your brawlers being the same, that your status now is technically not maxed out? I feel so many people complain about not being maxed but i dont really care if im maxed or not, maybr its because i dont really care about my progression… at one point i had over 10k gold cause i didnt really care about upgrading my brawlers. People also say that theres too much content needed to do now but you don’t exactly have to progress in power level. You can also progress in trophies, have fun, etc

Guess what will happen? P2Ws are gonna crush you with their level 10 and 11 brawlers and you don't even stand a chance, they re too broken. Also the powerpoints progression is horrendous. For each mega box you only receive an average of 20 power points for each of 5 random brawlers. Its just so unbalanced now bc people with level 10 and 11 brawlers easily defeat level 9s bc they have higher hp and damage, plus gears. And if my legend chance is at 0.5 and i still cant get a legendary, wtf is im going to do with 0.2544 cap? Its disgusting

because they didnt fix their system and instead adding new layer of progress *you are forgetting how hellish their system are because you sit as a maxed player for a long time*. I remember i need 2 year just to max everything and 3 months just to max 1 brawler also a full year to get all non legend (other ppl had it worse, they dont even get new brawler for 6 months straight) their brawlers rate are low, their gold gain are low, their PP gain are quite low too (godbless brawlpass). But you are forgetting that they got 40+ brawlers now. Each time you got PP, you got it random and the number got shared between different type of brawler. Even though you just wanna upgrade certain OP brawler or your fav brawler, you cant do it since you need sheer luck to do so. When you got the PP for it by buying via gold, you got no gold since it used to buy PP. Thats just for 1 brawler. When you play powerleague, theres a chance for your brawler to get banned and not suited for the map. This club thing also makes matter worse. They didnt even get proper communication system for it and FOR FRICKING POWER LEAGUE. *_You could spend star point for continuing and let your club get first place and get more rewards_* , yeah sure but ppl wanted to save for SP skin too and i bet lots of us already SP drought after all the newest skin cost 25k SP. Also remember that *_you are basically gambling more for winning to get progression_* The amount of SP you gain are the same number before powerleague update *_unless you reach diamond and beyond it_* . Also remember that by how they actively asking ppl to use starpoint is mean theres gonna be future event that reaaaally worth it but it gonna takes starpoint and ppl wont have starpoint anymore. By that point, they gonna sell gold ticket package and other club currency via shop. IM BETTING IT The new update are monetizing min-max player and decrease morale of TONS of players by A LOT. Lot of ppl gonna quit and most are gonna stay because *_fuck it, next month is brawliday_* and theres no other game to play. Most of ppl that quit are tired seeing brawlstar tryhard to be esport and competitive when they dedicated to be casual and family friendly. The old brawlstar is gone, but you still could play it F2P casually. Just expect to progress even slower than before.

Oj: we need those lag emote, I would actually buy those Also oj: buys every single emote he available from the shop anyways.

Keep royale delivery the same but allow placement ahead of time as long as you get the elixir in time for it to come out

Gaint is one of the highest as you can use giant and graveyard and it does so much damage its so hard to defend

The update officially made me stop enjoying the game, not really got the time nor feeling to try and max when I need 3000$ worth of F2P hours for it

I am going to have to disagree to all these comments. I am a F2P player and power level 11 and gears and club league were a great addition to the game, it gives players more motivation to play. You shouldn’t be expecting to max out your account, Brawl Stars shouldn’t have a bunch of maxed out players. Season 8 was boring asf, and now I am enjoying the game more because I can actually progress. More stuff for the og players, while not confusing the newer players

I too played since Carl, but I feel like I can't max out my account. I maxed almost everyone except brawlers that I didn't have, lost motivation to grind. With this even if I had motivation it's impossible to max an account. I played the game before and enjoyed it even if I didn't play a lot. This update killed the fun for me.

@@EverythingWizBSbruh this is not an easy process it takes time even if you buy power points from the clan shop or the regular shop,but for me its not fun,you have to get way too many resources just to max 1 brawler,and maxing out 50 brawlers without spending a cent is basically kinda impossible to do,you have to grind very hard,its not as fun or as easy as it looks,you ll understand when you ll actually need to do this

@@LightenStar yeah,i never saw a problem with this update. I was getting max brawler against me before this update too. Also club shop rewards are so good. People should really wait for atleast a month to judge it. But nah,they just want to give a p2w excuse. Some say it sucked the fun out of it. But this update didn't drastically brought power level 11 brawlers to the game. It is still the same game which will change in nera future as players start to max their brawlers. For me it has changed nothing and i still am having fun. Maybe there are flaws but with good feedback we can do something about it.

Update is cool in theory but the golden tickets are to much of a cash grab, they don’t do anything for the player all they do is take away recourses. The legendary chance is also just to get supercell a bit of extra cash from people buying the new legendary instead of pulling it, not to mention opening boxes while maxed is less valuable. Even the extra levels are good but they cost way to much to get, no chance I’m getting my brawlers to level 11 without them adding more ways to get power points. Overall 5/10 update, I appreciate the effort but the execution just comes off wrong, club league are the only thing that should stay unchanged, everything else needs to be reworked.
