Control Your Opponent with These Riding Techniques
Спорт
2009 Dan Gable Coach of the Year, Mark Manning, shows you how to ride your opponent and set up back points and pins. He concludes this video clip by showing a drill that reinforces proper technique when securing a bar-arm. He emphasizes getting your hips close to your opponent.

If you have him in the half nelson on the left arm, and his right arm is out front, grab the damned right wrist on hold on to it, like a vise. This is called a half & wrist pinning position. Pull that wrist into a chicken wing position. All you need to do after this is put your hips up and walk your body around to the left and turn him on his back and pin him, or at least get 5 points for back points.

If it was only that easy... its lay on them if their a wet noodle with a strength level of 20, but most sticks are strong for their weight class thats what makes wrestling such a interesting sport.
But What if he doesn’t push up

We ask politely. I'm kidding, just do a different move or force it if you can.

Not really armbar. Armbar submits through the elbow, this is through the shoulder. This would be more like a kimura or americana
