Hey man! Welcome to the channel firstly! Next I think you can definitely W Max with Resolve, but the thing is you try to speed up the maxing process by level 9, which also is the perfect timing for item completion too, as well as quicker snowballing power. Pair that with cosmic insight for more summoner usages, then you can be hyper aggro and have your play pattern ready for any skirmishes at this point too. At the end of the day it's just based on feel and if you like it or not, can always keep playing resolve too if that's what you're comfortable with. Hope this helps buddy and thank you very much!

Pretty good explanation Personally, I can still beat the average level Garen, but it is more complicated with the OTP garen because their knowledge of the champion is broader, here it is more difficult to win, resulting in Skill Matchup from here, it is more necessary to apply all the tips
