Newton was a special "summer song" just like how Sistar released summer songs. MX actually had quite alot of soft songs like this in their discography so they have something for everyone to like.

They have self cam videos for side tracks where they just do whatever the shit they wanna do, for hyungwon, he is just on the bed everytime 😂

Monsta x is full of visuals, is impossible not to fall in love with all of them

MX is the only group I know the exact date I started stanning...I stanned on the day Fighter MV dropped 😄 it truly blew my mind, the sound, the concept, Wonho's hair and crop top, their smiles at the end, the speaking part in the bridge..truly iconic. Stanned October of 2016, and never looked back 😆

They have more chill fun MV like Newton: .Monsta X - Baeksoltang MV (Brown Sugar) .Monsta X - White Love MV .Monsta X - If Only MV .Monsta X - Flavors of Love MV

This lineup is impeccable, all these songs are some of my favorites from them! Monsta X actually has a lot of cute and happy songs, most of which are b-sides specially written and catered to their fans. Almost all of their albums have a fan song or two. They're the most loving idols to their fans and I say this with no bias at all! They're genuinely the sweetest guys

Also their japanese stuff is so superior! Wanted, Flavors of Love, Spotlight, Wish on the Same Sky (which monbebes know is about Wonho)

If you like cute Monsta X then I hope you watch their Special Clip mvs and Self-Cam mvs :) (The lyrics might not be all cute, but the videos are adorable and fun). I'm glad you're enjoying their music. I'm looking forward to more videos of Monsta X ^^

All of these are amazing but Beautiful I would say is my fave. Fun fact about “Beautiful” our beautiful Shownu gave his lines to Hyungwon that is why Hyungwon comes out more in that song. I feel you, I loooooove Shownu with all my heart. He’s such a selfless leader.

I loved this reaction! Yes, Newton was for a Lipton ad but it is one of my go-to happy Monsta X songs and that MV just makes me smile every time I watch it! Since you liked it so much you can search for the Newton ‘NG ver’ MV. They took some of the ‘not good’ cuts they didn’t use in the official version with some behindTS footage and it is really just as cute as the other version so I think you will enjoy! Also, Shine Forever was actually the first MX song that made me fall in love with them. Watch their dance practice for that song sometime because that is the video that made me a Monbebe! If you’d like to see more of this lovable/goofy side of Monsta X I recommend some of their “self cam” MVs and special clips. Some of my favorites are: I Got Love (Self-cam) Special (Self-cam) Breathe for You (Self-cam) Noelhada aka I Do Love U (Wonho/Minhyuk/Kihyun) White Love So many people miss out when they just watch their usual sexy swag high energy ‘bad boy’ title track MV’s and don’t ever dig deep enough into their content to find out how lovable and kind they really are. Can’t wait for more reactions!

Besides their self-cam MVs and any behind the scenes content, 널하다 (Wonho x Minhyuk x Kihyun ver.) is the closest thing to NEWTON I can think of right now (mv and vibe wise)!! but I also really recommend "5:14 (Last Page) Special Clip" to any new monbebes! 5/14 is Monsta X's debut date and it's a really heartfelt dedication to monbebe and themselves as a group, written by Wonho, Jooheon, & Changkyun (I.M) ❤️

Newton is just that song that makes you smile and there is warm in it. There are soft song too in their b-side that you would like too. Their self-cam will surely make you smile including their twotuckgom promotion song self-cam. Hope you could react to those too

I'm not crying, you are. These are exactly why I love these men as well as their more aggressive songs, the duality of these men. I'm so glad you gave them a second chance. I still listen to these everyday. I also can not keep up with storylines, I just adore them. It's nice to relive these with you because same I still die and feel attacked, we just get spoiled by Monsta X everyday even in these kinds of songs, we feel special and I need them to like chill for a second hahahaha let us breathe! 😭💜 But I love that they always spoil us monbebes and love us as much as we love them.

MONSTA X indeed a versatile group, they have many genres, just go check their b sides. You sure have to check their slow songs, like broken heart, incomparable, gravity, lost in the dream, sorry i'm not sorry, crazy in love, etc. I'm not actually a fan of any korean groups, but for MONSTA X I just watch and listen everything about them when I'm bored and I like them. I watch the reactions, I watch their variety shows, they're bunch of talented people, their songs are bops! whether you like the aggressive and soft stuff, all songs are there for you to pick. Also these guys look so relatable like I can hang out and have fun with them too.

Fighter is definitely an anthem, and an underrated bop. I rarely ever see it mentioned. Their older songs hit different. I love how much they've grown over the years and where they are these days with their producing, writing and everything, but sometimes I do miss the type of songs they used to do back then. Beautiful was iconic. That MV is stunning. And the vocals in Shine Forever, my god. Editing to add this: don't worry about understanding storylines. I follow a lot of kpop groups these days and everyone and their mothers have storylines at this point. I think it would be a bit ridiculous to expect someone to be able to follow all of them and understand all of them. I think you can still enjoy a group, their music and their music videos, without understanding everything that's going on.

Yes! The Monbebefication of Austin! I love it. I think you’d enjoy By My Side, it’s super soft and sweet. They have so much fun content. You’d probably really like Monsta X-ray.

Also in Newton there's a neon sign that says "f**k" xD My fav MX album is "Follow - Find you" then "Are You There?" I love every song on both those albums Of these Beautiful is my fav. The choreo is gorgeous, the outfits, the makeup, everything.

Being a MONBEBE should come with a warning because the way they captivated me so fast. I've never been a hard stan towards a kpop group till they popped up on my YT, been here since and I love the so much its annoying. My bias is JOOHEON he captivated me with his singing voice and those sweet sweet dimples and my wrecker is all of them but especially SHOWNU his voice and looks are everything.

Theres also a live acoustic version of Beautiful performance. The song is sung as a slow song and it is so pretty and had me tearing up!

They have more happy cute songs as their b-sides. They do self-cam videos for some of those b-sides and its the members filiming themselves and each other and being super cute. Oh don't worry Newton is one of my favorite mx song too... Also they yes they do have a lot of sweet/cute b-sides.

I’m certain another monbebe has probably posted it but the clan series 1. Lost 2. Guilty 2.5 Beautiful (Trilogy) (Together form LGBT I remember reading somewhere that this is deliberate) The 3 tracks form a loosely connected storyline about dealing with persecution, inner demons and setting yourself free Yes Newton is sponsored by Lipton lmao, Starship has a partnership with them and Pepsi & they release Pepsi summer tracks pretty much every year featuring mx &/or other artists.

Fighter is the most underrated MX song ever. I LOVE IT. I play this full volume in the car. They performed this towards the end of their set at KCON Sydney and my daughter and I just both ended up in tears.

I don't know but Shownu's body frame looks different than the other. His shoulders are really wide. Even compared to Wonho's. So like even if you style Wonho and Shownu exactly the same, you'll spot Shownu even when his back turned.

Fighter means a lot to me. I’m currently fighting for my health. I have no kidneys and on dialysis. Which is what keeps me alive. And so fighter helps me to keep fighting and pushing no matter what. On a side note pink hair kihyun and blue hair wonho live rent free in my brain lol. And it’s okay if you don’t understand the storylines you can just enjoy the music and the videos :) you don’t have to deep dive if you don’t understand it :) I do think the dramarma storyline is a little easier to understand than the other storyline. Oh fighter has a part switch if you want to check that out. It’s sooo good and watching the process they did for it also. And it’s okay if you sometimes confuse minhyuk and kihyun you will get a hang of it :) and yes I miss shownu also. What I’m hoping is when he comes back next year they have one more comeback with all six of them before kihyun minhyuk and hyungwon have to leave for the military. So I’m praying they are able to do that. For beautiful there is an acoustic version of that song and it’s actually my favorite version of the song. And I love that in beautiful you can hear wonho lisp so well.

From Zero, which has no MV, but the Wonho x Hyungwon performances are great and there is an instrumental special video with the two of them that's adorable. I Do Love U is also so cute. Both songs were written by Wonho and both started as units but ended up being recorded by the whole group. I prefer the unit performances of them, though. It is almost impossible to have a bias in this group, though. They all wreck each other all the time.

I would recommend Stand Up if you are looking for something light and happy. It's written and produced by Jooheon and never fails to make me smile. Also I can't remember if you reacted to Breathe for You self cam already or not, but it's a happy cute vibe as well.

Flavors of Love and Puzzle (both Japanese), White Love, If Only, Stand Up (no actual music video but a dance practice), are more fun and light, as well as pretty much all the self cam videos but specifically Perfect Girl, Roller Coaster, Tropical Night, Gone Bad, and Special. Another great Japanese release is Wish on the Same Sky though beautiful and sweet it isn't exactly light, the vocals are some of my favorite out of all Monsta X songs!

Newton is a Lipton commercial. They also have pepsi commercials For the Love of It, Cool Love (Hyungwon), and Summer Taste (with Ateez, Rain, and Brave Girls).

I watched their Survival show and was amazed by their talent but watching all their other shows (they have many) I fell in love. They are very funny and just a bunch of goof-balls. There's been so many times that my family wonders what wrong with me and what I'm watching because of the tears running down my face from laughing. I'm so glad i started to watch you react to Monsta X !!! It's like chatting with a friend about them and that friend JUST GET IT 😂 I started to watch more of them because of the dancing and the music but what really pulled me in, i think, is the sincerity they put inside everything they do, even if it's cheesy. Beautiful is my favorite out of these - it's actually my favorite Monsta X title track, although Love now might take its place - I haven't decided yet haha... My second favorite out of these is Fighter - it's actually the first Monsta X song that actually really made me want to check them out more and The Clan pt 2 was the first Monsta X album I actually fully listened to. I officially became a Monbebe after Beautiful and Shine Forever, so all of these are really special to me. Beautiful was also their first full album. Oh and I don't know if anyone said this already to you, but Newton is not on any of the albums, it was actually a fun summer song they did as an ad for Lipton, so yeah - it's not just sponsored by Lipton, but it was made for them hahahaha... anyways, I'm looking forward to you checking out the rest of Monsta X discography and enjoying our boys! ^_^

If you want light and happy, I recommend self cam mvs. Get the good music and them goofing around. Special, Tropical Night, Rollercoaster, Need U, etc. There are lots of them.

If someone put a gun to my head and forced me to pick a favorite MonstaX song I would probably say Newton. I have loved that song since the first time I heard it. It just makes me happy. And the MV is the cutest (despite the Lipton PPL). They really have so many amazing songs though, as you'll realize when you start listening to more of their albums.

Newton was one of my fav Monsta X songs when I first got into them, even though their hard/aggressive music is what Drew me in haha! I think I said this in another comment on one of your other MonstaX reactions but Newton is one of my absolute favorites from them! I'm so happy you liked it so much!!!! That's a no skip on my playlist ever since it came out! I think I watched the MV more than 10 times when it came out because there was so much to focus on and it was easy to miss things lol. If you could eventually get to their self-cams those are so good, like White Love and Rollercoaster, etc. White Love is another favorite probably almost the same level as Newton for me.

If you want something cute you should see Jooheon and I.M's lil mixtape MV called 'Be My Friend', it's just a fun, cute vid of them that they filmed on tour. Love your reactions btw, I dont think it matters if you can follow the story lines (Monsta X themselves can't 😂) and instead enjoy the music and the videos, it's what they put their time and effort into anyway, and no one is gonna blame you for getting distracted by the visuals 😂 As for similar MVs, I think their 'Puzzel' mv fits! And it's one of their Japanese releases! Another Japanese MV that needs more attention is 'Wish on the same sky' but it's a little bittersweet rather than a summer bop. But for fun/silly MVs, have a look at their self-cam versions for songs, its sure to make you laugh!

There are two different versions of the story that goes along with Shine Forever. One of the stories is that Kihyun had died, Shownu was angry at Minhyuk because he was the one driving. In the end, Kihyun does come back to them. Another story is that Kihyun was blind from the accident, hence the reason why he has a blindfold. But because Hyungwon is a time traveler, I wonder if that is the reason he blindfolded Kihyun to help on his journey back so that he doesn't see the memories of him dying, therefore they don't stay in his head leaving him in darkness in the future. (If that doesn't make sense I apologize I just woke up half an hour ago and my brain still requires coffee lol)

Welcome to the world of Sofsta X or just some of their amazing b sides will be on the much softer side I feel but there is so much variety in their music!

I recommend Puzzle, it's a japanese one but since you like Newton maybe you'll like that one too
