Ihr müßt auf die Laufrichtung der Reifen achten, dann springt er auch an!😆😉

Also Jungs, so gibt's keinen TÜV. Da stimmen doch die laufrichtungen der Räder nicht 😂😉. Alles gut, ihr schafft das 👍👍👍

30 ltr Hubraum , braucht zum 1. pfupfen mindestens 120 Milliliter. Anlasser mit zu wenig durchzug und zu kurz betätigt. Motor mit fön vorwärmen und mit Benzin gezielt vergaser füttern. Wenn der gelaufen ist, läuft der auch. So ein schöner Motor sollte mindestens alle 2 Wochen laufen. Ohne genügend drehen nicht starten, da Öl erst mal überall verteilt werden muß, das dauert bei dieser Größe. Gruß aus dem Allgäu

Das ist wie mit einer Panzerkette, eine dreht vorwärts eine dreht rückwärts.... Jetzt kann sich das Teil im Stand drehen....🤣🤣

Soll jetzt nicht heißen, dass es bei DIESEN Reifen auch so ist, aber es gibt Reifen mit Asymmetrischem Profil. Da hat dann die eine Seite tatsächlich ein entgegengesetztes Profil, bei korrekter Montage. War bei meinem E39 so. Beim Fahren merkst Du nichts davon. Bsp. Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

Mit dem Panzer der diesen Motor hatte war bestimmt kein Krieg zu gewinnen.

Please tell me what the point of releasing this video was ??, a failed engine start is not very entertaining or interesting. It appeared to me that only one bank of cylinders attempted to fire up, didn't see any smoke from the other bank at all.

I could not imagine being in a hurry to go fight a battle and then you have to wait this long to get your motor started I bet they probably never shut the things off if they're always this hard to start

They most probably started much more easily when they were new, used every day and didn't sit for possibly years. But due to colder weather and engines often having to be cranked, these rarely shut off.

Would it have been so hard to put the tyres on correctly?

I'm sure they're probably just showing their base model. The forged internal turbo or super Charged version is probably not there. And put the engine in a bus with a wide body kit, set up just like a tuner. Racing seats in it, and I'm sure someone did that already lol. I'm waiting for my turn.

Squirting fuel into an updraft intake to get it to start is like pissing in the wind. The best way to do this is to squirt fuel into each exhaust pipe, then turn the ignition OFF and turn the engine over a few times to let the fuel run back into the cylinders via the exhaust valves. THEN turn the ignition on and make the start attempt.

Da stimmt irgendwas grundsätzlich nicht. Denn so wie ich das sehe läuft die eine Zylinderbank gar nicht mit. Ich tippe auf den Zündverteiler. Denn bei der Menge Bremsenreiniger die da reingepumpt wurden hätte der lange kommen müssen.

need a more powerful starter and a higher voltage starter to overcome the compression this has. It is obvious it needs more starter power.

The OCD part of me sees the tyre-treads not all going the same way 🤨. I know the wheels are not driven, or even have conventional steering geometry, but somehow it irritates me! 🙄

Der Anlasser dreht zu langsam. Die Strömung reißt ab und einige Zylinder werden nicht ausreichend gefüllt. Die Spannung muss hoch, oder schnellerer Anlasser.

Algo están haciendo mal por eso no arranca ...tiene que tener alguna pieza mal ...ese motor alemán arranca de la primera vez ...pero alguna pieza estará mal...la bomba de gasolina ...una puesta a punto mal etc etc

Wie wäre es, wenn Sie es auslaufen lassen? Genau wie in den alten Tagen konnten auch die Autos nicht starten.

Das bißchen Sprit das die beiden da mit ihren Fläschchen reinsprühen reicht nicht. Jedes Saugrohr mit mindestens einem, besser zwei Liter Sprit auffüllen. Dann starten. Dann läuft er. Hat vor 40 Jahren beim Bund auch immer geklappt. Immerhin braucht das Maschinchen so 300-400 Liter pro 100km.

Starter gears are not correct this motor should be spinning a lot faster in order to crank it... these motors are torque monsters and they have to run up fast in order to start..

This video is from a year ago maybe they got it started by now

It was a fuel delivery problem and if the guy in the black shirt spayed like the other guy, it would have run.

I'm glad I wasn't in the tank it was fitted to trying to make a quick getaway 🤣. My Dad had an Austin Ambassador that had a similar stating issue.
