No border isn't visible at all, the North Eastern part of Pakistan and North Western part of India are jam packed glowing together. Pause the video and show me where the outline is visible. The south Eastern Pakistan and Western part of India the border is visible as both these sides have no light due to desert.

I think the reason why India’s lights are so well balanced is because their terrain allows it. It’s largely flat and the hills and mountains are only towards the northernmost parts of the country. Also they have like 1.4 billion people so the population needs to spread out

There are no lights because nobody lives there. Most of the western china is a barran desert. Majority of Chinese popular in concentrated in the east along the coast l.

No, it’s just that most of Tibet is empty mountains or desert. Barely anyone lives there. Also, a lot of Tibet’s population is located in rural villages or isolated communities, not large sprawling urban areas. Not the fault of the CCP that nobody lives in these regions.
