Gibbs1966 . Wouldn’t it be a good thing to have a sauna in this house because of the coronavirus pandemic? The potential home owner most likely would have to comply with the gym’s regulations because of the six foot rule of social distancing; and having to wear a towel , or a swim suit, and most likely a face mask while in the sauna area, and in the locker room. There would be complete privacy in the home sauna, and the home owner could be completely naked! That’s how I like to be (naked) while I’m in a sauna!

Jake Honda wow fascinating it actually sounds very fair based upon income your country has it correct Here we pay property taxes every year depending on the neighborhood the house is in or home value We also pay Income taxes so every pay check has a deduction from our government We also pay sales taxes in most of the states from like 5% up to 10 or 11% on everything we buy even a can of soda has sales taxes so if the soda cost 2.00 we actually pay the store 2.20 if the sales tax is 10% Then we have car insurance that is mandatory and even if you never get into a collision you don’t get your money back Oh and on another topic if we win say a lottery prize like cash or a trip we have to pay the government taxes on that. So if we win 1 million dollars we actually only get to take home around $700,000.00

  • @JakeStrada

No JUMBO Loans are available, however if you are Veteran you can use your VA Loan and do a High Balance VA Loan, at this sale price you actually can still do a 0 down loan if it is your 1st time usage and the rates are very low even with hit for high balance. I know I just did one and we actually got all but $1500 of our earnest deposit back at close with a 3.125% rate on a 30yr fixed. Check your local lenders out and see which one will give the best deal, we went with a mortgage broker and they gave us a lender credit towards our closing costs but that will depend again on who you go with. Nice home by the way, we did a pure custom home here in North Scottsdale AZ on a acre and a 1/4 lot with no H.O.A. but very similar sleek, modern design and custom features thru out. Also, going with a semi custom builder can be an advantage when it comes to design features, don't discount that fact when you are out shopping, we found out how expensive it can get when you are doing a one off, especially if you want to add a bunch designer finishes such as flooring, windows, window treatments, landscape, cabinets, appliances, lighting features, basically anything that the builder isn't building themselves.

Like your videos. The person who furnished the house made a grave error, only one Barcelona chair, wrong should always be two.

Thumbs up 👍 one million if it had a pool. Why can't you push back the stairs to so you don't have that hole put a wine cellar or cooler incorporate the post into the cellar.

For a million dollar home, I would expect to at least see a pool in the backyard. Other than that, the house is beautiful.

I’ve never understood the appeal of super high ceilings. When you hang pictures up they’ll just decorate the bottom quarter, and changing light bulbs will be a pain. Nice house tho.

In Vegas you can get a big home like that for 400-580k. Non gated , with NO HOA fees bull crap.

With this economy, in January I may want to offer about $150K for this house and that would be contingent on inspection. in January 2021 that will be more than the value. :)

It's a very nice house but at that price I would like to have a bigger walk-in closet and a swimming pool and a hot tub in the backyard but that's just me and my opinion at that price I would expect a lot more and as far as privacy in the backyard where they not any and the HOH fees there's no way I would pay that and there's no way I would belong to one the price you're asking for that you can buy land and build a better house with better views by itself and not have no HOH but the way you that house is and what I've seen of it it's worth about 835,000 and you do a great job on showing the house and you're absolutely right about the staircase I would love to see a fountain waterfall with a little bit of jungle thing going on there and the walls in the house is screaming for some beautiful artwork to be put on them and I'd love to see the backyard with a little bit of grass it's like a dog run maybe a putting green and I love the little window between the kitchen and outside balcony and it needs like a little outdoor kitchen that with pool in a cabana area with an outside waterfall now that would be awesome and if you were going to running in his investment property and you had all these futures it would make a great B&B or vacation rental and it would definitely need some surveillance cameras I didn't see any on it and in the bathrooms I didn't see rainfall shower heads no steam room in the master bedroom definitely needs his and her walk-in closet with much bigger walk-in closets what has a place on top of you can hang your shirts and on the bottom hang your pants place shelves for your shoes and an island in the middle or you can put your jewelry and watches in in a full view mirror when you're spending the million dollars have everything you want God bless you all stay safe

Great video. Nice home, but the master bedroom is too small as is the closet. Too pricey for the design and the amenities.

Can I buy it? LOL! Great for family with kids. If mom and dad bring home at total of 250,000-300,000 a year this would be the house for you. Mom can work from home and stay with the kids.
