My container lettuce is managing well but I anticipate a second sewing being necessary. Be sure to make a video detailing how you tell when the original lettuce is almost played out

Yes we need to keep starting new. It is wonderful that your original is doing well. I hope you have been enjoying eating some. I will show as they start going to seed. Actually you can see some of the purple in this one getting tall and long. Some that we have harvested a lot of leaves from are about to bolt. We will let them seed so we can also harvest those. I will let you know. Thank you.

Since I do all this myself I get behind answering comments as can imagine. I do read them all but there is just not enough time to answer them all as I would like. It does mean a lot to me that you took the time to visit my garden and I hope some of my story is helpful. Thank you again.

I sow some lettuce seeds today and I hope they germinate because my lettuce bed is empty, I bought some seedlings and they died my fault 👍
