    Thanks for this video. According to what you have done in this video, you didn't create a 3d for the foundation and facade, instead, you created a right call out in 2D. Will this have trouble in the future?

    Thanks for the question! I would generally create a 3D for the foundation and facade, something sized correctly and representative, but the higher level of detail doesn’t always need to be shown in the 3D model (i.e brick ties, bolts, flashing) as the trade off of time to model them and file size might not be worth it. Each project may be better with a different approach based on size and complexity. Generally, I would recommend saving this level of detail for the construction drawing phase- after the design has developed and the client has signed off on the design. If there are design changes, yes it will take some time to redraw the 2D detail, but you will have a much simpler 3D model to update too.
