Excelente trabajo, bien detallado y delicado. Se nota un manejo excelente de la herramienta. Lo único raro son los dos tabiques para "tapar" el fondo. Entiendo que usted es empleado de una metalúrgica. Espero no le hayan traído problemas sus videos. Saludos desde Argentina

Language is a difficult barrier to overcome, for that reason in the videos of this channel there is hardly any text or dialogue whatsoever. The images are explicit enough so that they can be understood anywhere in the world. I love your channel Mr Raymond! Personal preference here, but no need for music. The sounds of the machining, even when sped up, sound great. What does everyone else think?

Everyone had seen hydraulics machines parts, but not everyone had mentioned how difficult it's made. And if it require non-cylindrical precicion ginding, like oil pumps, reductors, valves, etc - it's even much more technologically difficult.

Great machining job, as always. I have two questions : 1. The size of the block seems an overkill for the distributor. Was that a calculated choice or just a stock from what's available? 2. Should not the inlet port for the grease be a bigger size than the outlets? It sure has to deliver enough volume of grease to keep all the outlets fed and without air pockets. Thanks in advance for a reply.

Cuando los agujeros tienen poco diametro y no son demasiado profundos no es imprescindible refrigerar.En estas circunstancias la broca no tiene tiempo suficiente para generar altas temperaturas que puedan llegar a quemar y deteriorar la punta. Gracias y un saludo Abel.

It has nothing to do with the tire. It is an oil or grease distributor strip, with a main inlet and 12 outlets.

El material es acero al carbono. Tiene una entrada y doce salidas de distribucion. Cuatro de ellas están anuladas con tapones pero siempre disponibles por sí se necesitan más acoplamientos.

Eso significa que a la entrada se le conectaría un tipo de "bomba" de grasa que vaya dosificando según sea necesario y que probablemente se regula la presión a la entrada o en cada salida?... 😵
