I'm playing on mnk and I swear every pc player is disguised as controller player with mods. I can't wait for killcam.

I'm glad you made this video. You're fortunate that you can turn off cross-play on PS5 and find matches. I don't find any matches or get put into EU lobbies with 180+ ping. My country has a healthy number of people playing XDefiant, but for some reason, they don't want to switch cross-play off. Mark Rubin said that there's a console only cross-play in the works but hasn't given us a time frame yet. I'm loving this game, even though I'm forced to play against PC players at times. This what CoD should have been all these years. Keep up the great work bro.

Oops, I forgot to ask. Have you made any changes to your in-game sensitivity in XDefiant? I see you beaming enemies with that sniper. I'm able to hold my own with a sniper but I'm not as accurate as you are.

Bro I’m hooked too, just look at my play time 😂. Console only crossplay will be amazing, I’m actually excited about valorant as it’ll be console only crossplay I hope.

The comparison here is using XDefiant but assume a similar experience with other FPS titles.

It you want some suggestions for gaming pc hardware I can give some. Also if you travel a bit you might want to build an sffpc "small form factor personal computer". That might be better.

Bro that’s the whole think with me, I need a small form factor pc and they are ridiculous in price to build. I’m thinking of just building something that can do good 1080 in cod and I’m sure that’ll be enough for Xdefiant as well.

@@thephototechy I'll put together some lists of cases component's. Should I use UK prices? I'll separate the builds with budget, mid budget, high prices. Once I'm done I'll paste the reply here. You can look at the lists and see what you think. If you are after a small pc with an optical drive/memory card reader that is also possible. (I'm doing it because I don't like it when people get ripped off with prices and most prebuilts also do this)

Also consider those mobile monitor cases purpose built for the Xbox series s and x. Then your console goes where you go with a gaming monitor attached. Just need to hook to power and WiFi.

I went from Playstation from day one to Xbox series S, then the Series X for the tougher enemies and better online connection for warzone. I wold slaughter on PS5 with cross play off.

Off topic but what monitor do u use? I’ve been looking for a monitor with hdmi 2.1 vrr compatibility for the longest.

if you‘re on xbox, vrr can actually worsen latency, depending on the monitor, tv, but in 90% of my cases using samsung va & ips panels, and the lg c2, enabling VRR added shit ton of inconsistent latency, plus console doesnt need vrr since it already has v-sync on by default in the background the only time where i remember vrr didnt add latency was on an older Lg CX where the latency was still ass in tv‘s than they are right now

@@uhMaxx bro I keep that off all the time, I did see some high numbers when it was on, this was back when I started testing the stealth ultra wireless latency issue. So always keep that off.

@@thephototechyyes, also „Allow 50hz“ & „Allow 24hz“ should NOT be activated while gaming on 120hz, will add latency also.. (so does HDR & Dolby Vision) „Allow 50hz & 24hz“ does help with framedrops when playing 60fps & 30fps games by a ton though!! which i only found out accidentaly few weeks ago, it kinda feels more vrr than vrr does, stable performance throughout on buggy games, pretty nice, was surprised how much smoother Elden Ring plays with it on

What about people using a mouse on console. Is there an advantage when playing with cross play off

Ah that’s something I should look into. I still think console will have a display lag worse than pc, so you’ll still be at a disadvantage. Watching Artiswar’s video, he got 5 frame results on his pc, mine are above 7 frames on average, tells me pc will be better.

Last update broke that. It don't matter if your crossplay is off on xbox any more you will still get matched with "ubisoft profile". IT SUCKS.

Hey I thought in COD it was a visual thing only, but it’s a lot more than that. I’ve never played on pc yet so can only imagine what that experience must be like, judging by what an old laptop gpu can do.

I think the problem is that anticheat against pc will always lag behind the cheaters. So console players suffer there. Pc players suffer from console players having aim assist. Maybe crossplay would work better all around if games were input locked. You can use a keyboard and mouse on console so for an rpg game you can be locked to KBM and on a fps like xdefiant controller only. Might be worth considering.
