No one is perfect we are all flawed humans he made a mistake something as little as the amount of years in captivity is not important anyways whats important is sound doctrine and that's what pastor Jenkins has taught iknow he's speaking from God because the word cuts deep and make u evaluate yourself and encourage and expresses disappointment to God be the glory keep doing a good work

Pastor Jenkins is being used by God in an awesomely, powerful way.

i love his messages but. He mentioned Eastern Star and Masons. I thought that when you are a Christian you arent supposed to be part of any secret society that makes you take oaths.

Ed, this is a great question. Many of us joined these organizations before we identified with Christ. what I find is that its not the fact that Christians are in the organization but the fact that the closer we get to God it becomes difficult to remain loyal to the aims of some of these groups because often times the ways and activities comes in conflict with the Word of God. So, its not that We aren't suppose to join, its that we are not suppose to allow it to come before the things of God.. hope that helps

The gospel of Jesus Christ is a gospel of love and hope not of shame and guilt. Jesus’s way to call to repentance I know it wasn’t represented in this sermon...
