Hi, I was hoping you might answer a question for me please. Last March I had an operation on my finger, which was nearly severed off from a dog bite. I was put under a general anaesthetic and after the operation when I was awake and in the ward. The anaesthesia doctor came up and saw me and asked me how much I remembered from my surgery?, I said I didn't remember anything, why are you asking? He didn't say anything further. Why would he ask that please?

Yikes! Sorry to hear about the finger… But yes, it’s strange the doctor would ask you that right?

I know right?, never did find out either. I watched your video with the Anaesthesiologist (hoping he might have shed some light). So it's almost impossible for medical professionals to get my veins, let alone take blood for have an iv for antibiotics (last few times has involved an ultrasound machine. I underwent a general anaesthetic 3 years ago and they told me they were going to give me a Block (again they couldn't get a vein in the operating theatre), lights out for me and the Anaesthetist was really surprised I was in such a deep sleep on temazapan/pethadene, not sure what or what a 'Block' I'm presuming it's numbing the area that's being operated on. Anyway, nough said. Thanks for the reply.
