You need to try Leverpostej, Piratos (salty licorice candy), stegt flæsk med persillesovs (fried pork slices with parsley-sauce and potatoes) and romkugler (a round cake, made of old danish and old cakes) - tastes awesome 😎

You're still missing Sylte, Medisterpølse (translated: With Fat Sausage, because everybody knows there's not enough fat in a sausage already), Lots more Sild (Røde sild, Marinerede sild, Stegte sild, Kogte sild, and so on..) .. Also I can't remember if you've done a tasting of candy selections, if not - I'd be happy to sponsor it ;-)

Its really not raw sausage, they are typically pre-boiled and/or smoked :)

I usually have my øllebrød with some vanilla icecream, mby some mælk

Halvfæring her.Ja der er mange dejllige ting deroppe fra. Mange skal man nok være vokset op med, for at kunne lide. Men skærpekød (skerpikjøt), er en sikker vinder.

When I lived in a student hall of residence, there were two or three people from the Færøs living in rooms on the same corridor. They used the other kitchen, at the other end of the corridor. When they made skærpekød, the stench made out kitchen unusable.

Kan nogen fortælle mig hvad det røde stads på rugbrødet er? det er af en eller anden grund blevet censureret. forstår i øvrigt ikke hvorfor?? XD

Yeah it is all fun and all to see how he doesn't undestand how to eat things. I think it would be better if there was somebody preparing the "dishes" to get a real undestanding of how he likes the stuff that danes normally eat.

I have never ever eaten the sausage on a bread. And you say it's typically something you give kids, he'll and no,my kids never got that either, and I'm from jylland and we eat weird stuff but that cra.. yeah no

Røde pølser er for børn. Har aldrig smagt røgeost? 🤷‍♂️😄 Og altid smør på rugbrød uanset pålæg😄

it has been cooked but danes normaly cook them more and you can eat them just like that alot of school kids sometimes buy a pack and then just eat them
