Hello. In my opinion, "Butterfly" is still more practical deals 5 blows and each of them has a fixed damage more or less. True, the recharge time is 2x longer, but it does not change the fact that it will deal a blow more damage. Including bleeding. On the other hand, "Lark" deals only 4 blows and has 2x less time, I included bleeding. Not to mention that the animation is still too long. The effect of bleeding will not be able to modulate to 4x because the skill charges for 6s and the bleeding time is 3s (Unless someone checked and every blow of the skill causes bleeding). In my opinion, the butterfly still gently tops the lark

I think this patch can be quite a game changer to our approach the way of playing DB. ie the classic combo is stealth stun/butterfly and finish off heroes with MOD(But this will put you in an idle situation if failed to kill hero as you will need to wait for long stealth cooldown). Now with the new patch can actually do constant harassments with shuriken skylark(both low cool down) and finish off heroes with MOD when they are low. However u got it right on fact that the skylark animation lock could put a DB in a pretty bad situation. All in all I think the dev is moving towards a direction where they are changing heroes skills to be able to do continuous impact instead of letting them wait for cool down. Like maul they rework ukko's doom to be able to chain skill like Mjolnir. I think giving skylark the benefit of cc immune like maelstorm would be a good touch.

Im level 80 dualblade. Just made 30 kills. Avarage 10 kills per session. Love the dual blade.

With skylark being unlockable and on a lower cooldown.... The animation lock is a pretty balanced thing. Maybe I'll try and combo with stun bomb

Those discord pings at the end bamboozled me lol I suppose your philosophy here is that even though the cooldown is longer, it deals more damage and you should kill them right away. I think Skylark is interesting for more sustained fights but that isn't really what a DB should be doing anyway, right? Interesting nonetheless

Done a bit with it seem to be OK, I imagine it will really shine when we get set bonuses back, due to much more crit value 😀

@@Plumsion I make a test with the rune with default crit value 156 with rune max stack I deal 2500 dmg and without rune only 2000 dmg

And the kick deal 4000 dmg and without any bonuses I don’t have blunt dmg or something .. is a little frustrating… kick to perform higher dmg …

And to make full stack in siege is pretty harder to wait all seconds and after to hit exactly when the time is over, and just for this little boost
