Teams win Stanley cups, not individuals, that is the point here. Give me an example of 1 player that currently can do the types of plays McDavid can, there is not a single one at present. And he has got 8-10 years left at least, plenty of time to win. Its just trolls man, Ai bots probably the most of em. On top of that most have never seen him in person, Been lucky enough to see him a couple times. Cant afford many NHL games but the only other players Ive seen in person that sticks out like Mcdavid were the Sedin brothers, maybe it takes an experienced eye to tell, but Conner and the Sedins stood out like black on rice to me. They call him McJesus cause he's turning water into wine on that ice. Tv doesnt do him, or any other NHL player, justice.

I don’t get it either. I recently started playing hockey, and McDavid often looks like a high-level player playing in my novice league except he’s playing with the best in the world and not a bunch of middle-aged weekend warriors.

I'm a Panther's fan and I don't understand why Mcdavid gets all this heat. Games 1,2,6, and 7 no points but people forget 2x Selke winner is guarding him, the Panthers changed up their defense specifically for Mcdavid, he's been playing insane minutes, went two full 7 game series, I mean a second round 7 game series with Vancouver which was pretty grizzly, a WCF 6 game series with Dallas, and then another full 7 game series for the SCF, and when he gets to the SCF receives no help from Draisatl (who one of the best ppg playoff players ever), one goal from the leading goal scorer of the playoffs in Hyman, and nothing crazy from Bouchard. Broke one of Gretzky's records and played like a Captain.

That goal at 6:00 is one of the filthiest goals I've ever seen. What an absolute unit 97 is. The chemistry him and Drai has is off the charts. Love both players and I'm a Pens fan. Really wish the Oilers had won the cup. We'd still be celebrating up in the GWN. Florida has already forgotten they have a hockey team champion.

Where was his highlights from The most important game in his career… Game 7??? Oh that’s right, there aren’t any. At this point in his career Wayne Gretzky had already helped his team win 4 Stanley Cups. With the amount of superstars the Oilers have on their team, there’s absolutely zero excuse for their loss. And please stop with this BS excuse that he was injured, Matthew Tkachuk broke his sternum and still was able to contribute to his team by scoring a goal last SCF.
