Just try that: 44 seconds to find the perfect shot, the puck follows him around. This is a very interesting different sport than ice hockey. It stands on its own very nicely. Live is truly amazing for any fan of talent.

The rinks are humungo. I have never seen one in person. I wonder if thats why he said he wanted to play in EU.

i think they are pretty similar expet fort the bracking and phiscality, i thinck playng both can improve ur game style

@@oxee16 You can do things on ice that you can NOT do on a hard surface because the blade cuts INTO the ice and the wheels just ride the ball bearings, its much different. Trust me your ankles will know the difference. Stopping is one example, using your toe for maneuvers is impossible on bearings, not to mention the ice can 'give' on the first couples burst strides whereas pavement has no give at all, its much harder to get up to speed. Also, the puck and ball behave much differently, changing your reactions. They are similar yes, but not identical. One bonus of wheels is you can go up and down hill on them, which is EXTREMELY rare on ice.

pretty tough to make big bucks in roller hockey these days i think.. this league is non-profit, runs from april-august out of one facility.

@@vladimirsuccmeov2791 Bedard wouldnt play in this league if there was aggressive checking or hitting. Nobody is gonna try that hard if they arent making a penny from it. Everyone has to go to work the next morning. Bedard got 100+ million dollars waiting for him in the NHL. Hes not risking any injury.
