The Eagle Connections is a Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program located at Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Florida.
Students attend classes, join clubs and connect with fellow students with intellectual disabilities, as well as the greater TCC community, and become a part of the college experience.
