My wire is fucked, every time I slightly move the ps, maybe just to plug my charging cable in, it unplugs the back wire. Your struggle is worse than mine tho.

You will need to spend around 2grand on pc to better ps5, and thats just on the tower, then you got monitor n stuff on top, I have been thinking of switching to pc but console is pretty good for money, had my ps4 since day release and this has just started happening 3months ago, it does it every 2weeks now so I'm going to buy 1t hard drive £45 and see if it solves problem.....

Quick terrified question, delelting stuff wise, does this just delete games which u then reinstall and u still have ur progress on them? Or do u lose all progress and data? My brothers, mine and my dads accounts (and partly my bf's too tho his is synced to his own as well) are all on this ps4 and I dont want to risk our data/progress being lost. Wow this what me, my boys , nephew, and goddaughter was trying to figure out for weeks, you just helped me solve it in 20mins!! Thank you not only me and my kids bonded because they were so happy “mom fixed the ps4” lol but it just made me look much cooler to them lol I wanted to play with them myself. After you do option 6 or 7 go to your applications or whatever game you lost your stuff on and press the options button on the controller; then you go to upload saved data and upload to system storage.(you can also do this in settings)

I’ve been able to fix my sons twice.. this time I don’t think I can get it working.. he has so much faith in me.. and has more patience than I do.. lol.. i even learned how to solder lol…

Dude 3 years I’ve been stuck with a broken ps4. I know what to do but I was downloading the update file instead of reinstall lmao

You are a life saver! Deleting all my saves in worth it in comparison to throwing out my whole ps4.. which is what I thought I was going to have to do for a while haha
