Hello Rebecca I appreciate yours classes it helps so big! Só where are you from, I Love your accent 🥰
Collective nouns can be both singular and plural. The difference *between collective nouns and other countable nouns is that after a singular group noun (especially in British English) there is often a choice between a singular and plural verb, for example: 'The crowd was/were delighted by the actor's performance.
Thank you!
Thank you so much teacher.

Rebecca, as a fellow English teacher, I find your videos very helpful in my classes. However, I caught something that you said that sounded incorrect. Around the 6:05 mark, you said, "Now, if it was countable, we would say, 'There are some computers.'" It appears that you failed to use the subjunctive verb tense form. You should have said, "Now, if it were countable, we would say, 'There are some computers.'" Another common error dealing with the subjunctive is with the verb "wish" and the verb "to be." Many people say incorrectly, "I wish there was a party tonight." However, the correct form should read, "I wished that there were a party tonight." Perhaps, I should make a video on this topic.
Thank you so much, Teacher Rebeca I took the lesson ten minutes per day do you have another program like that? Let me know thank you again God bless you.

One teacher said it’s there is a number of , because we look at the first word “number” , another teacher said there are because in sentence there are a number of beautiful places, places is plural
Yes I did it❤
