People are often too scared to get involved because getting involved often lands you in legal trouble yourself or facing harassment campaigns or other negatives, or you might get attacked and stabbed or something. But yeah, well done to the man in this video for his bravery, and not caring. If more communities took on this approach, criminals would be far less emboldened than they currently are. The Night Stalker (an American serial killer) was actually caught by civilians in his own neighborhood who noticed him and beat him to a pulp for hours before the police arrived and took him away.

He has ADHD and Autism, hi is portuguese, has had medical follow-up since he was 6 years old. He started to have these attitudes because he doesn't take the medication. He lives with his mother, but his mother no longer has the strength to stop him, the doctors do nothing else for that. He's had it in special-happen schools. He started to have these acts only now, for not taking the medication. This gentleman who makes these videos just wants to be famous and make money with the videos, but he doesn't care about the mental state of the people he enjoys, that's a crime. He messes with people and then calls the police to get more views of videos on KZread and no one is noticing it. He is being held in a prison for normal people whereas he should be in a house for people who need special assistance.
