Watching you micro apartment tours completely changed my perspective on what is a small living space. Now 500 sq feet looks really spacious.

The floor plan diagram made it look so cut up but the use of space makes it feel like an actual 1-bdrm. Window placement also goes a long way in making this a very liveable space. Love the editing, your videos are so easy to watch.

A wonderful start for this new real estate journey. 👏 This apartment feels like a mansion compared to the micro apartments. Your videos are very inviting and relaxing to watch in the way you edit each video and with the choice of music. My wife and I were so pleased to hear of your new business model. Though we will miss the small apartments we are looking forward to seeing these larger styles.

That is the best bathroom you have ever shown! I love it. I love how in Japan the toilet is apart from the bathing area. In America we may or may not have it that way. In England the toilet room is called the "Water Closet" in order to be polite and to not say the word "toilet."

The bedroom actually looks bigger than 5.5 sqm! I like this apartment and its location very much. Nicely renovated; thoughtful provision of household fittings/equipment to make this a very liveable space. I'm sure the seller will not have any problem finding a buyer soon!😊

This is a veeery cute condo! The plan on paper looked strange but it's well balanced inside. I love the neutral nature inspired look, it feels airy and cozy!

I’m so glad that we get to see more of what housing in your area is like. Housing is becoming a crisis in many countries so it’s interesting to see all the creative (and sometimes bizarre 😅) ways to solve that problem.

Walking around Tokyo looking at homes has become a pleasant habit that I hope will not end.

It will be interesting to compare other countries' real estate prices to Japan's. I saw the condo's cost and thought it was a good price. Btw I'm from the PNW, USA.

This is bigger than our current apartment! With the shower dryer, I would skip drying outside, and hang window boxes for plants on the balcony rail. Maybe fit a couple of chairs and a drop table for having coffee or drinks out there. Don't short the outside space!

You struck gold on this one, toilet paper storage above the toilet, a dryer in the shower area to dry clothes. Nice apartment or condo!

I loved seeing that there was toilet paper storage and... Spidey... The condo is nice. I love the way you show the place. You can clearly see how the place is laid out. The floor plan info is always helpful. Always enjoyable. I will be here to see any other places that you have to show.

Compared to micro apartments, this condo feels luxurious!

That place is a bargain, much better than the micro apartments which cost way more to buy. this is a good option to buy to let or even just live in yourself. If memory serves, most micro apartments cost around £375 per month, so this would pay back in appx ten years with interest. Love the light in this place as well as the giant chef :)

I love this condo. Exactly my choice of colors and patterns (wood design, everything bright but calm), square rooms with lots of space to move around. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage space AND a balcony. 10/10 👌🥰

That huge chef is actually REALLY helpful. Get lost walking around? The chef is looking towards your house. As for the condo, it cost as much as a house in the states, but it's pretty comfy looking. I could live there.

This apartment is very bright and cozy. I like it. Much space for everything and you have here anything you would need.

That's a fairly good price considering how close it is to Tawaramachi-eki! Quiet neighborhood but very close to the busy Asakusa 🎉 The Ginza line can pretty much take you to some of the best areas in Tokyo easily. And the location is not far from the exit to Toei Asakusa line, which means you can go to Narita or Haneda easily without transfer ^^ I'm glad Usui-san is still making videos about apartments, and not jusr micro ones ^^ Usui Fudo-san da 😊

This apartment has such a good and space efficient layout. It feels more spacious than my 74 sq m house. I especially like the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom.

Fun video! Really nice condo. Balcony left a little to be desired, but will work to hang clothes to dry if one doesn’t want to use the dryer in the bathroom.
