Ran through this circuit about 8 times, takes 2-3 min to run through once, try to push the intensity get the heart rate up fast. Break as needed in between circuits but never recover your full resting heart rate before going back in for another round. As you progress try to shorten the breaks and push the intensity

    I do them every two years, I find any more than that and you are just overtraining
