Hey, so 2 days ago I drove to pick up a G3R board and I think I am going pretty good because I can get down a hill in regular and start to carve I am even trying to jump off gutters and drive ways and I feel like I’m progressing fast and I love the beginner content

That's great! Because I used to snowboard, I got the hang of Freebord riding within a few weeks, but I'm still trying to learn the most difficult skills (360 spins and switch riding). :)

I got some new DaBlues wheels and extra Boro Center wheel replacements for my birthday! After I get some new bearings for my center wheels I'll be good to go again! I think I'll buy an Insta360 and try to record some content. I might even create a whole new channel dedicated to it, I dunno. :)

DaBlues and Boro is perfect, glad you can finally ride again! You should definitely start recording some Freebording, insta360 X2/X3 are great. Stay away from the Insta360 Flow though 😂

I have a friend who I recently taught to freebord and within 3 days of his first trip snowboarding he's going down red/black runs, they definitely are are similar. I think the transition from snowboard to freebord isn't as natural as from freebord to snowboard.

I’ve heard the opposite from 2 or 3 people. You must be pretty bad if you been doing it for 13 years and you can’t adapt…

That does not even look remotely close to snowboarding. There is no edge, no bite, so no carving. No weightless feeling on fresh powder.
