@@formulacoolade already did and gave the beta keys to my friends. Halo/Destiny movement and gunplay, yes please. Where else can you get that, Halo and Destiny are dead. Open beta is coming too, so you don't have to pay anything to try the game out.

@@Sujad I'm just talking about the first person gameplay. The way you aim and the speed of movement etc. It looks A LOT like Halo which makes sense since these are ex-Bungie people making the game. So it literally IS Halo in some ways.

I think the gameplay looks great just like destiny. Especially the gunplay. I think only a 5vs5 pvp mode isn't enough. It needs some pve content for me. Pvp is fun occasionally. Imagine a open world destiny on a huge map.

PS5 players. Don’t forget to turn off cross play.

I'm also buying this game because Destiny like gameplay in Hero shooter sounds fun to me although I think balance will be the issue with the game.

I still don't understand the value this has for being a paid game when F2P hero shooters are on the rise again with Marvel Rivals looking more ambitious with the dstruction and such. It also doesn't do anything to really stand out and is another shooter. If it was melee focused or something different, I could see the appeal. I'm currently playing Star Wars Hunters on my phone, and I don't see why I should pay on top of paying extra for IAP for something that seems marginally better. Star Wars Hunters level design seems more interesting too.

The fact that it's paid is an enticing factor. It might not be to player who doesn't spend much money but it is to people who do spend money. There's also a open beta that can prove to these people whether the game is good or not.

@@SDFutureMusic I'm definitely going to try the Beta. I'm hoping that since it is paid that it will do more than the other F2P hero shooters. I hope there are more regular updates and the game doesn't focus on grinding. Splatoon 2 was one of my most fun moments playing a game so I'm not fully against a paid ongoing game. I think it is more I keep looking at Marvel Heroes and it looks a lot more interesting while being free. Helldivers 2 also looks like a ton of fun, but I don't have friends to play.

I really don't understand why there is no pve story mode in this game. In comparison with Marvel Rivals we have the concord characters who the only kind of backstory introduced in the showcase vs the marvel characters which backstory had introduced through many hours through comics, movies and shows.

If the ones who manage concord dont want for less than 1000 players to play it, they need to produce a mini story mode.

There was a free to play game with mechs called " Hawken" ( it still exists in a smaller form at ps store) that didnt need to provide back story to play and enjoy the mech battles. There also was a free to play spaceship battle game called " Dreadnought". The specific game needed the pve mode but never had it and they shut it down too.

@@zoratu3188 when I think of the most played fps games they are all fast cod fortnite apex OW2 even lesser played games like bf2042 feels more like cod then bf for me at least as a long time bf player but if you are on pc you have slower more tactical choices with stuff like cs2 and more but on console it was really just R6 hell let loose and maybe sandstorm if it had enough players thankfully we got valorant now and I have been loving that so far it’s fine that most players like fast paced shooters I just like them more slow and tactical myself and yea you also got the finals too

@@sadmarinersfan8935 Fortnite and apex are slow for most of the game because you are just looting, I like the gunplay but the br gamemode itself is slow. Idk I think there are way more slow paced shooters than fast paced ones unless you are saying battle royale games are fast paced which I disagree with. The gunplay is fast but the game mode is slow. Slow paced games that arent dead (imo): apex, fortnite, siege, valorant, cs2, halo, escape from tarkov, dayz, arma 3, squad, hell let loose, battlebit, DMZ (if you consider it separate from cod), warzone, PubG, Hunt Showdown. Fast paced games that arent dead(imo): OW2, the finals, cod, xdefiant (which is basically the same game as COD), team fortress 2. I really cant think of any other fast paced shooter that isnt dead or not released yet. And even if you add all the "fast" BRs to the fast paced category, there are way more slow paced shooters right now. I guess I do agree that console doesnt have many of these slower paced shooters but console still probably has more slow paced shooters than fast paced ones.

I give it a year at most, maybe 6 months before it drops off and dies lol

@@Thepvpguy128 I never said PVP is not a thriving gameplay style/genre, I specifically said F2P BRs/Hero Shooters that are like MHUR, GunEvo, GBO2, etc, (which are died or dying) will die out quick because it will most likely be a meh game or monetization heavy and die that way.

If it doesn't have a story mode.... Then why pay for it, when you can play LOTS of other games similar to it? Why not make a 5 hour story mode campaign at least to justify the price? Especially in such an oversaturated market.. I don't like to blindly hate on a game, I hope it's good, it DOES look solid, but I don't know if people will buy it/stick with it...
