i'm amazed, totally... i've heard several version of this magnificent song, cello, flute and others but this is the first one that makes me feel butterflies in my stomach when i hear it.... and i can't stop playing... respect sir.

Soy una chica de 21 años y hasta el momento no se tocae ningun instrumento, pero hace menos de un mes que me topé con un muchacho tocando este bello instrumento, cuya existencia desconocida, y quedé cautivada. Ayer por primera vez escuche su interpretación de (concerning hobbits) y quede tan impresionado que la he escuchado como 100 veces, aparte de que soy de Costa Rica, no se ni como se usa una Quena, pero ayer mismo compré una Quena por Ebay y estoy esperando con ansias a que llegue para: _Ver como aprendo a usar la Quena. _Intentar interpretar sus melodias. Lo importante es dar el primer paso hacia adelante. Gracias por su inspiración

Hola josue fernandez, te recomiendo buscar tutoriales de como tocar la quena-es algo complicado pero es bien padre cuando empiezas a producir sonidos, es algo extraordinario-saludos desde Mexico

Josue Fernández me acabo de comprar una tambien soy de CR cartago, tengo una tin whistle y una flauta dulce pero no me terminan de convencer el timbre pero la quena la encuentro hasta con un timbre mas hermoso que la flauta traversa

A couple months after starting to learn the Quena flute, I discovered this song/video. I already was delighted with the Quena flute before, but I had no idea that a Quena flute could play at this level of beauty. It has increased my passion for this instrument so dramatically.

I've never heard a wooden flute have that much sheer range in dynamics 0_o I grew up listening to my mother play Native American flutes, which a couple of them sound similar to this one. Quite interesting.
