@@tedcleveland8488 I think he meant that Jimmy plays it safe (and boring) so to speak, therefore "comfy", but Conan has a more unique and original take on his shows, so it's not so "comfy" and doesn't sell that well with the mainstream public

You could record conan locked in a hotel room for 9 minutes unscripted and it would be better and funnier then 99% of other late night shows.

I'm actually surprised by how legitimate these test look

Chemical engineers, and some type of electric engineer could be involved as well but industrial eng is the most focused on production. Chemists and Physicists could be involved as well. Any STEM major that teaches you about materials I think?

You'd likely have to have a bachelors in the STEM field and take on internships related to the sciences before getting a job at a place like this (and potentially have a graduate degree as well, depending on where you're applying.) I know nothing about this stuff but it's just a thought

The electric door bit is my favorite thing Conan has done.

I remember the day this aired. The intro always stood out to me. This was the year I fell in love with Conan. It was also the year of the writer’s strike and he was hilarious!
