Throughout our lives, we've all had a terrible boss that made the job unbearable. Today Sona Movesian takes a look, and ranks the absolute worst bosses ever put on film. From Bill Lumbeg to Darth Vader, these bosses are the worst of the worst. Do you agree with her list?

The moment she said "passive aggressive," I knew exactly what clip they were going to throw to...
Sona is never not adorably bubbly. Her personality complements Conan's extremely well.
Here for anything Sona.
I want a Sona And Conan show. Could just be the dynamic she is his assistant, but I'm all in

Why are they hard panned left and right?
Why is the audio mix so odd?

Ikr? No one else comments about it?
Is that John krasinski in the background?
That’s gotta be John krasinski interviewing sona!!
Darth Vader was kind of out left field. You might as well put Dr. Evil in there. 😀
😂😂Sona’s articulation of Darth Vader’s motivations and goals is amazing! I love it! I love how she is so herself and tells us she had edibles watching SW the 1st time😂😂 I love Sona!
Lmao when she said “lock her up” and realized what she said
Sona has a really NICE voice. She SHOULD be doing voice acting. Her voice is very distinctive and her laugh is infectious.

She does some voice acting! I know there's a cartoon where she voices a villain.
sona thinks she can fix darth vadar
Love Sona
The book is awesome but I am surprised she was defending Devil Wears Prada boss - she used her as an example of a terrible boss in the book. I mean - work hard, be passionate, but I think it is asking a bit much for all your employees to share the passion for making you rich. Like, when I hire a babysitter, I expect them to not let my kid die, but I don't expect them to love my kid just as much as I do, because it isn't their kid. Expecting your employee to give up their quality of life, work overtime, and be as passionate about making you rich as you are, is shitty. Some employees will do it. I remember a family member I love being such a loyal employee that she broke down in tears when she thought she would not be early for work, she would drop everything she was doing if her boss who was paying her poverty wages would call her at 3 a.m. to take a shift, and she literally peed her pants more than once, because her employer kept delaying her pee breaks. There exist people who will let you walk all over them, and those who take advantage of that loyalty can fuck right off.
I agree Sona. Darth Vader not a good #1
The 5 advices prove she's still the champ
Darth Vader is obviously *someone's* boss but he wasn't even the boss in the scene they showed. Grand Moff Tarkin was. So I agree its not appropriate to the list Though her excusing his being the leader of a fascist movement is questionable
I love her
Sona's right - Vader isn't a "boss"
Just saying from a military background the drill sgt is not a horrible boss, especially in that era of the military he was spot on, the point of drill sgts is to break you to build you back to a well oiled machine that functions as a team, because in combat you need to know the person to the left or right of you has your six, and they need to know you have theirs. Without that faith in your battle buddies when the shit hits the fan it can go south real quick (and thats with a well functioning team) if the team isn't working together there will be catastrophic damage and many more lives will be lost. Thats one thing about todays military and people joining complaining and wanting special privileges or suing for equal rights, NO, if you want you equal rights keep out of the military, the military ist just to get free college, you earn free college because you put your ass on the line, the #1 priority, your mission when joining the military is protecting your country, putting your life in danger, up to and including death, for your country. Stop sissifying the military 😤, our troops need to be strong to fight our enemies, to protect our country from invaders, both foreign and domestic.

This was the laugh I needed today. The military is a failed institution and your ramblings helped me realize that.
