We are all tested in school. If under 18 yrs, you need your parents' permission to access the score. If over 18, they have to release the score to you. But we are all tested. Most people never think to ask, but it's easily available by asking.

"Did you need transportation..?" I am a big fan of this mister. So polite and non judgemental. I get the feeling he has seen it all and all that's left is just the drive to do the right thing. And he knows the best way to do this is to always stay polite and friendly, even in the face of satire bordering on ridicule. This is how a cop should be in my opinion. With power comes responsibility, the responsibility to always be the better man. Or maybe he beats his wife, I don't know. I really don't think so but you can't really judge people from just a youtube video.

Its astounding to me the number of people commenting who haven't a clue. This entire clip was meant to be comical, but since so many are treating it as otherwise.. An officer isn't trained to pull his firearm unless he determines a threat requires deadly force to stop. In most of those instances, a fellow officer would use physical force or a taser to subdue the suspect. Generally an officer is trained to use one level of force beyond the level of force that the suspect is using to neutralize the threat. (This does not mean they have to go through all of the lower levels first) It sickens me that so many people are so foolish and ignorant that they can blindly cast judgement upon law enforcement. Educate yourselves on a subject of debate before you arrive at a decision.

And yes, that's a fact, you can see loads of videos of police brutality for no reason. Just last week a video of 4 policemen shooting a guy who was CAMPING in the open field and had a knife in his pants, they shot him with automatic weapons when he was walking away from them with his hands raised up. Face it, just like a lot of people in america, american cops are fucking stupid as well, with little to no critical thinking ability or finding a way out of a situation thats a bit more complex than shooting someone.

Wow... reading comprehension fails on all fronts. What I said was when a cop uses DEADLY FORCE (read: guns), THEY ALWAYS INTEND TO KILL. There is never a situation where an officer will shoot someone in the leg on purpose so that they only "wound" them. Invariably, if they don't want to kill you, they'll use NONDEADLY FORCE (read: tazers, batons, pepperspray, rubber bullets, etc.). Whenever a cop fires a gun at someone, it is ALWAYS done with the intent that that person will almost certainly be killed.

They used to use those except theres a lot more to the simulator than what they showed. There's an officer in the back who controls the whole simulation, so he can change the way the simulation goes. Basically a video game.
