I've spent a lot of time thinking about making a college decision reaction video, and I finally got the chance to! I applied to Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, Cornell, MIT, Caltech, Duke, Harvey Mudd College, UNC-Chapel Hill, UT Austin, UT Dallas, UMich Ann Arbor, and more! Filling out 18 college applications sure was a pain in the butt but at least I can milk it for KZread content and make college decision reactions, college application tier lists, college application help videos, and a bunch of reaction videos! I also make videos about programming (Python, C++, USACO, Competitive Programming) and productivity.
This is a college decision reaction type video in which I react to my college decision letters. There were some acceptances and some rejections, but in the end, it all worked out and I'm pretty happy with the effort I put into my high school. I got rejected by 16 schools, accepted at 3, and waitlisted at 4 (CMU SCS, UMich, GT, Purdue). I am looking forward to going to UWaterloo SE (Canada). CS admissions this year were incredibly hard and so many strong applicants got rejected from Ivies and Stanford.

Huge W. If u don’t qualify finacial aid but ain’t super rich GT, UIUC, and UW the best colleges for CS since all the other top cs schools cost $70-80k lmao. I didn’t even feel like writing loci for Cornell after getting into UW and GT lmao.

Do you recommend applying to a TON of EA schools? Are there any disadvantages of applying EA (other than less time to write applications). Thanks so much and CONGRATS on Georgia Tech!!!! (WOOO!!)

Make sre you look out for your waitlists, especially the CMU priority waitlist. Georgia Tech is a target cs school though, very good

CMU is only a rank above gtech for cs, so im content with going to gtech for cs and the startup culture. Plus gtech is a lot cheaper loll
Why didn't you apply to UIUC or Berkeley?

Good question, they do, but I knew more people going to GT and it was closer to home. Those were the two big reasons
